I'm excited to share that I'll be joining the faculty of Intellectual Property Law in the Age of Artificial Intelligence, a new professional course launched by the Israel Bar Association and its publishing house, led by Adv. Ariel Dubinski. I'll be presenting at the fourth session on April 26, 2026, focusing on one of the most dynamic areas in IP today: industrial design law in the age of AI.

The session will move from the foundations of design law - how protection is obtained, what qualifies, and what doesn't - through to the protection of digital user interfaces, and ultimately into the open legal questions that emerge when AI is doing the designing. The questions aren't just theoretical: they affect every product company, every app, and every legal advisor working with technology clients today.

The curriculum also spans patent filing (Adv. Gad Benet), copyright in AI-generated content (Adv. Asaf Cohen Tzidon), trademark (Adv. Ariel Dubinski).

No academic lectures; real examples, live scenarios, and the kind of strategic thinking that keeps counsel relevant in 2026 and beyond.

First session is on Sunday, April 19.
